Your problem is either you do not have the Java Development Kit(JDK) or you haven't set your path correctly.

Path Solution:
Method 1:
Find your JDK Folder -
64 bit PATH - C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_17\bin
32 bit PATH - C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_17\bin
find the application called 'javac'
right-click and copy.
now paste the shortcut in the same folder as your compiler.
now run your compiler, it works!
Method 2:
Set your path! -
Start Menu > Computer(Right Click) > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Enviromental Variables
now find the variable 'path' click on it and click 'edit' after the last entry in path put a semi-colon(;) then your javac path(refer to method 1)
Now hit ok, and if prompted hit apply or ok.
Congrats, you can compile now.
